Textiles and Yarns:
Our inventory comes from around the world and from your neighbor's backyard. We select our favorite yarns from many of the major suppliers and also yarns from small family owned businesses that may spin and dye their own. We have over 75 suppliers. If you are interested in a particular product, please let us know. Our inventory is directly related to the products in which our customers have shown the greatest interest. We are always looking for new product.
We are expanding the lines that we think are the "best of the best" so you should be able to find something of interest whenever you stop by.
| Needles and Notions:
Addi Turbo needles with interchangeable points are finally availaable but are frequently out-of-stock due to supplier shortages. We've been waiting for these for a while. The design reflects their German engineering and the presentation is gorgeous. Please come in and check them out. Also, we are now carrying the Addi "shorts", needles that are 8 inches around for working up cuffs and other small circular pieces.
We have added a new metalic circular needle from Hiya Hiya that has a cable that resists kinking.
Knitting needles have changed in recent years to accommodate the needs of knitters and the type of yarn that is being used. Tools used just ten years ago have routinely been replaced with incredible new technology. We carry metallic, wooden (including birch, mahogany, ebony, palm and rosewood), and plastic needles. All come in straights, double pointed, circular with a wide variety of sizes and lengths. There are even lighted needles and lace weight needles. We make every effort to keep a complete inventory of each style and size. Also, we are always on the lookout for new ideas.

New Suppliers:
We have long wanted to carry Rowan yarns and patterns and are pleased that they are arriving in the shop. At the same time we ordered Madeline Tosh yarns which come in fabulous colors and we loved this line instantly.
Bergere de France:
We love the patterns from this company located in Quebec. They even carry difficult to find teen patterns. We are just beginning to carry some of their yarns and welcome your thoughts about their product.
Tilli Tomas:
We have been carrying this supplier for a long time but they just keep inventing the most gorgeous lace weight yarns. These are really one-of-a-kind special yarns for unusual stoles and scarves. Be sure to check them out when you next visit the shop.
